I have seen these really cute potion bottles around at different places, but being frugal me, I didn’t want to pay the asking prices for them. I also love to decorate for Halloween, but again, don’t want to pay the prices for the decorations that I like, so this year I decided to make them. Of course, I went straight to Pinterest for inspiration and found just what I needed to get me motivated.
I had been to the Dollar Tree a few days prior and they had a variety of glass containers. I picked up a few of these, then went home to rummage through my glass recycling and found a wine bottle, balsamic vinegar bottle, and a glass soda bottle. Perfect! I simply spray painted the bottles with black paint then printed off some cute labels that I had downloaded from Stampin’ Up.
Total cost of project: $7
